We don't just call haunts the best for no reason we mean it. The Slaughterhouse is Arizona's best haunted attraction! Just when you think they can not get any better they always outdo themselves with the love they put into everything they do. I always get chills when going to The Slaughterhouse and am super excited. This year they are celebrating their 20th year anniversary and they have Hellzapoppin Circus Show at The Slaughterhouse.

What a year for The Slaughterhouse going into 20 years and still going strong. I would say one of Arizona’s oldest original haunts is still owned by the same family, in the same location, and not sold to a chain-owned name. The haunt did it again, hitting it out of the park. Necropolis the outside cemetery Creatures did an outstanding job with hiding, timing, acting, and scarring in each area. They use every corner they can to scare the heck out of you. I think this part gets overlooked a lot, but this year, they did a really great job. Entering the Slaughterhouse you immediately feel the heaviness of the building itself and then you come into contact with the crazies instead of the horrifying scenes of the Slaughterhouse.

The SlaughterHouse has so many details to take in. I know the average customer is missing so much. The acting was so very intense and made it feel real. Getting to see parts of the old building itself is so very neat. I love looking at the original machines and parts; it just adds a certain unsettling and eerie feeling. If you really step back and think of what really happens here and if some of what the lore is true, how creepy is that. You can feel cold and hot spots throughout the Slaughterhouse and you wonder what is really in here with me?

The Clowns are so good. They are fun but also very creepy. I always love going through that part with all the art of the sets, props, makeup, costumes, masks they are not clowning around. Again I think a lot of the customers are missing the art of the sets and how cool it is. The clowns have fun and do good at scaring. Then sadly, you come to the end of the funhouse maze of crazed killer clowns.

After all that you think you’re done, but if you’re smart and don't want to miss out on the World Famous Apocalypse Zombie Experience. Yes, Apocalypse! You enter the Zombie layer and have to make it out alive to go upstairs to get your gun. I love the Zombies and our favorite AZ Hive Tucson Umbrella Corporation. They did a killer job with even having attack scenes and great acting all around. The Zombies hid well and got us off our game a couple of times. Zombies had great sounds, acting, movements, costumes, makeup, hiding, and jump scares and I am so very proud of you all.

We had so much fun with the Zombies! We really do appreciate all of you! After we concluded the haunt, we played in an escape room that was very cool and a ton of fun.

Ended the night with Hellzapoppin Circus Show and just WOW. I love the art form of the circus and the sideshow circus, so I love this so very much. It was shocking, funny, entertaining, educating, inspiring, unbelievable, spectacular and sensational. The music, lights, special effects, stage, and actual tent, were so freaking good! The acts and entertainers were outstanding. The Ringleader and SideShow Stuntman BRYCE "THE GOVNA" GRAVES

was so very mesmerizing and they played so very well to the audience. He made you feel seen, important and part of the action. This show you DO NOT WANT TO MISS!! Support a dying art form of the sideshow.

Hellzapoppin Circus Show has been in Ripley's Believe It Or Not!
